FAQ;

* Can we meet you before we book you?  Yes we are happy to zoom or meet you in person at our home in Cheltenham where we can show you some albums and discuss ideas with a cuppa! We would also meet you/zoom before the wedding to finalise timings and go through a shot list for the day.

*How long after the wedding do we receive our photographs? We aim to have all your edited images ready within 4 - 6 weeks after the wedding. We also post a sneak peek to Instagram within a week.

*In what format do we receive our images?  We will email you a link to your password protected online gallery with free download. A high res USB will be posted to your address with all the images in both colour and B&W. These images are free for you to print and share just not to profit financially from. We keep all of your images backed up on external hard drives for peace of mind.

* Do you offer video? We offer a 4/5 minute highlight film set to music with the option of the ceremony and speeches with audio. If you would like a longer cinematic film we can recommend videographers that we work with regularly.

*How long after the first dance do you stay?  We stay for a few songs to capture everyone on the dance floor but we can stay longer if you would like extra coverage.

*Do you travel further than The Cotswolds?  Yes we are happy to travel.

*We feel awkward infant of a camera? We have heard this so many times...most people do not feel comfortable in front of a camera! If you read our Reviews they give you a good insight into how we work. 

* How would you describe your style?  Our ethos is to create a portfolio of photographs documenting your day in full with candid , spontaneous reportage shots alongside creative fine art portraits. We bring our expertise to ensure that your wedding day is not dominated by photography and that you have ample time spent with your family and friends. *Do you do group photographs?  Yes we do! When we meet up before the wedding we go through a shot list of any groups you would like. 

* Do you need feeding on the day? Yes please, we are very grateful for a staff meal to be eaten during the wedding breakfast. 

* Are you LGBTQ friendly? Absolutely! We are here to document everyone's love story!

* What happens if you are ill? We have a network of local photographers we can turn to in the unlikely event of us both being ill.

* Is this your main job and how long have you been photographing weddings? Yes we are full time professional photographers who established Cotswold Weddings over 20 years ago and we have been lucky enough to have photographed well over 1000 weddings!

*Do you bring back up equipment on the day? Yes we bring several cameras and various lenses.

*Would you use our photographs for advertising or social media? Yes we would love to use your images to promote our business but if you would prefer us not to we would respect your wishes.

*How do we book you?  A deposit of £450 secures the date with the balance due one month before the wedding or you can pay in instalments if preferred.
